The Client Services team within Myriad Women's Health Commercial Operations organization is integral to Myriad Women’s success as every, individual client communication and interaction matters.
The Client Services Associate will be on the front lines and will act as the face of the organization for our customers including physicians, clinics, medical staff, and patients. We handle a variety of complex inbound and outbound inquiries to assist and empathize with our customers, some who may be experiencing stress. We work to resolve and preempt customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Process Technician - Reporting & Packaging
Working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the Process Technician in the Reporting and Packaging department is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the assembly, review, and delivery of genetic test results. This is a full-time day shift Monday-Friday.
As the Account Executive – Urology, you will be responsible for increasing the number of Prolaris test orders sent to Myriad in your assigned territory. This is accomplished by focusing on 30-50 urologists, urologic oncologists, and affiliated pathologists practicing in 1-2 metropolitan areas. The successful Account Executive will gain a deep understanding of their assigned physician practices and utilize that understanding to offer new insights to their customers that challenge the current prostate cancer risk assessment paradigm. Specifically, high-performing Account Executives will grow their weekly order volumes by teaching, tailoring, and taking control of customer conversations in community, large group, and academic practice settings. Key competencies include the ability to offer unique perspectives to customers, drive two-way communication with targeted physicians, learn and understand practice value and economic drivers, and influence customers to take action they would not have taken otherwise.
The primary responsibility of the Women's Health Account Executive position is to increase the number of diagnostic test samples to Myriad from their defined territory. This is done by increasing the number of obstetricians/gynecologists that identify their at-risk patient population. With the help of the account executive the health care provider will educate patients about hereditary cancers in their practice and send diagnostic test samples directly to Myriad. The Preventive Care Account Executive should focus 85% of their time calling on the top 70-80 franchise accounts in their territory (to be determined in conjunction with their area manager), and the remainder of their sales time should be on prospecting new accounts.

The Laboratory Technician III is responsible for specimen processing, testing and monitoring test performance. The technician must demonstrate competency, as defined in the department’s training program, prior to performing independent testing. This position will work with department.
Management and quality team members to ensure that laboratory activities are defined, documented and completed to support inspection readiness and that compliance is maintained through procedures, training, documentation and continuous improvement projects.
The primary responsibility of the Area Manager position is to increase the revenue from their defined Area. This is done by leading and motivating their Account Executives to establish and maintain Individual Testing Sites within individual physician accounts. Area Managers are responsible for the management of the Account Executives within their region. The management of the Account Executives includes the implementation of the sales strategy for the Account Executive’s territory, providing feedback on sales calls and territory management. Managers must also ensure that Account Executives maintain high standards of product knowledge, effective physician target lists and frequent sales call activity. Regular field travel with Account Executives is mandatory. Administrative requirements for the Area Manager include field travel summaries, developmental plans and area business reviews. Area Managers are also responsible for the territory and time management of Regional Medical Specialists utilized in their Area for educational purposes. Managers will monitor the effective use of their time and their calendar. Additionally, Managers are responsible for the implementation of new strategies, customer database systems, marketing concepts and potential new tests as directed by the organization.
The Senior Software Quality Engineer (SQE) is an enthusiastic, self motivated individual with great communication skills who can work under limited supervision to monitor software quality and the technical risks associated with the software development lifecycle. The Sr. SQE will demonstrate the ability to analyze technical risk for new and existing software products, document functional tests, perform complex testing assignments, and investigate operational problems with other technical team members. The candidate should be comfortable in a rapidly evolving and regulated biotech / clinical environment.
We are looking for an Insurance Reimbursement Specialist. The Insurance Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for collecting on all outstanding balances for a specific group of payers to assure maximum reimbursement.

As a Computational Biologist at Myriad Women’s Health, you will empower patients to make those life-altering decisions by building and maintaining the underlying assay and analytical pipelines. Contributions include developing statistical analysis methods for new DNA sequencing assays, extracting robust signals from noisy experimental data, and sharing your methods in the form of simple re-usable software. You’ll work closely with molecular biologists, geneticists, and software engineers to develop world class products that are used to screen tens of thousands of patient samples per month.
