In the position of Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of a team building state of the art applications utilizing cutting edge science and technology. This position will manage the integrity, reliability and reproducibility of the build process for our multi-tiered business application. Incumbents will be asked to leverage their skills in continuous build processes; quality, functionality and performance will be in high demand. The applicant must be very detail oriented and have the skills necessary to lead the more junior members of the team. This person will report to the Site Reliability Engineering Manager.
This is a Part time temporaryposition for approximately 6 months.
This position is 20 hours per week within the limits of 8:30AM – 5:00PM Mon – Fri.
The Reporting and Packaging department is the Operations component of the reporting system and works in collaboration with clinical teams to generate, review, and deliver results reports and associated materials following genetic testing.
Within the Packaging group, this position consists of imaging patient chart contents for electronic storage. This position may expand to include additional duties in the Packaging group.

As the Account Executive – Urology, you will be responsible for increasing the number of Prolaris test orders sent to Myriad in your assigned territory. This is accomplished by focusing on 30-50 urologists, urologic oncologists, and affiliated pathologists practicing in 1-2 metropolitan areas. The successful Account Executive will gain a deep understanding of their assigned physician practices and utilize that understanding to offer new insights to their customers that challenge the current prostate cancer risk assessment paradigm. We are seeking a Laboratory Technician at Crescendo Bioscience Clinical Laboratory in Salt Lake City. The Crescendo Bioscience Clinical Laboratory is fully automated to perform Vectra DA, an advanced immunoassay for rheumatoid arthritis disease activity. The Laboratory Technician will report to the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor and will interact with Laboratory Technicians, Research Associates, and the Clinical Laboratory Manager.
Daily tasks include the following: receiving and accessioning samples into the CLIMS; preparation of sample aliquots; performing inventories and orders for laboratory and office supplies; performing clerical duties; and assisting with various lab duties (temperature monitoring, CLIMS sample batching, preparation of buffers, etc.).
The Manager Quality Assurance (Training) is responsible for managing quality assurance activities in support of Myriad’s Quality Management System (QMS), specifically the Training program, in order to uphold compliance to regulatory and accreditation requirements as defined in the Quality Manual, MGL QA 3000. Specific job responsibilities are uniquely defined by the individual training plan and assigned duties, but are generally defined as follows:
The Histotechnologist/Histotechnician will be responsible for various techniques involved in the processing of tissue specimens for examination and diagnosis by the pathologist.
Responsibilities may include accessioning, embedding, cutting, macrodissection, and staining,-both basic Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) staining as well as Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining. In addition, he or she will be involved with accurate reporting of results, quality control, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Laboratory assistant staff are also referred to as non-licensed personnel.
The laboratory assistant is responsible for assisting with general duties such as preventive maintenance, quality control, and stocking inventory under the supervision of the general supervisor and clinical labo- ratory scientists (CLSs).
Shift: Tues-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm
