The Manager of Sales Development is responsible for establishing and improving World Class Training for new clinical rheumatology liaisons and continuing education for the Myriad Autoimmune sales team. This includes, but is not limited to: developing training programs, delivering training programs, assessing the effectiveness of all training programs and working to improve them. The Sales Development Manager will also attend all field sales meetings and conduct field visits with new and tenured clinical rheumatology liaisons.
The Manager of Sales Development will be viewed as the expert on training at Myriad Autoimmune, which includes: sales process, use of marketing collateral, adult learning principles, maintaining product knowledge, and territory franchise management. This person will also represent sales training on cross-functional teams for various strategic initiatives.
This position would ideally be based in Salt Lake City, Utah but could be worked remotely (would require frequent visits to Salt Lake City) and is a fulltime position.
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for specimen processing, testing and monitoring test performance. The technician must demonstrate competency, as defined in the department’s training program, prior to performing independent testing. This position will work with department management and quality team members to ensure that laboratory activities are defined, documented and completed to support inspection readiness and that compliance is maintained through procedures, training, documentation and continuous improvement projects.

Myriad Women’s Health is seeking a marketing specialist to support our digital/engagement strategy for the brand. This role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and is critical to supporting the overall team, executing on initiatives to support multiple disciplines of marketing, including: brand, content, digital and marketing communications.
The primary responsibility of the Women's Health Account Executive position is to increase the number of diagnostic test samples to Myriad from their defined territory. This is done by increasing the number of obstetricians/gynecologists that identify their at-risk patient population. With the help of the account executive, the health care provider will educate patients about hereditary cancers in their practice and send diagnostic test samples directly to Myriad. The Account Executive should focus 85% of their time calling on the top 70-80 franchise accounts in their territory (to be determined in conjunction with their area manager), and the remainder of their sales time should be on prospecting new accounts.
The Account Executive is responsible for increasing the number of genetic test samples sent to Myriad in his/her territory. This is accomplished by increasing the number of physician practices that identify patients at risk for hereditary cancers. The account executive will sell them on the value of genetic testing and educate these physician’s practices to identify high-risk patients, provide adequate patient education which will enable the office to offer cancer risk assessment services on-site. The account executive should spend 85% of his/her time calling on physician offices and 15% of his/her time working with established cancer genetics programs. The account executive will be working with several medical professional specialties, which generally include Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Colo-Rectal Surgeons, Breast Surgeons, General Surgeons and Genetic Specialists in the Eastern Pennsylvania territory.
HR Business Partner –
Supporting South San Francisco
Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner works closely with business leaders in South San Francisco. This position will manage complex/matrix relationships, collaborating effectively across the business and HR networks. The HRBP will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to a variety of unusually complex problems and initiatives. It is expected that they will exercise significant judgment in generating and selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, including inter-organizational impact that support Myriad’s business objectives. This position will require approximately 20% travel, mostly between Salt Lake City & South San Francisco.
The National Sales Director (NSD) will lead a team regional sales managers and approximately 40 Clinical Rheumatology Liaisons (CRLs) that represent Myriad Autoimmune in promoting Myriad diagnostics along with the concept of Personalized Medicine (PGx) to both academic and community-based rheumatologists, and mid-level practitioners in their territory. Reporting into the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the NSD will manage a dynamic sales effort that includes growth of effort and diversity of roles toward the goal to increase both revenue and volume of Myriad Autoimmune products. This will include the oversight of launching new products as well as broadening all phases of logistics surrounding our products and services.
Myriad Autoimmune has developed a series of high-value diagnostic service products to characterize disease biology for individual patients afflicted with autoimmune disorders. Our first panel of diagnostic assays will provide new, quantitative insight for rheumatologists who manage patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Each test generates a score that relies on multiplex, algorithm-driven results from the proteomic analysis of serum specimens submitted to our lab by treating physicians
