The Sales and Marketing Analytics Manager is a key contributor to the growth of the GeneSight business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize our sales and marketing efforts. The analyst will generate and report standard metrics on a regular cadence and generate ad hoc analyses to guide initiatives and special projects.
A Site Reliability Engineer at Myriad Genetics incorporates aspects of software engineering and applies them to infrastructure and operations problems along side our software developers and IT operations staff. The main goals are to create ultra-scalable and highly reliable software systems.
Our SRE team builds tooling and enables teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain their own production environments.
We are looking for someone to help us build this capability at Myriad who has strengths in some or all of following technologies:

A Sales Support Associate is a member of the Customer Success team, responsible for providing phone and email support to the Field Sales team and internal partners, including Women’s Health Clinical Account Executives, Regional Directors, Genetic Counselors, Medical Science Liaisons and Strategic Account Executives. We are a proactive and motivated team with a high customer service orientation for the success of the field.
Sales Support Associates will be a wealth of knowledge and the main contact for this internal team so we play a vital role in customer satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of our work. We handle a variety of inquiries that include updating disease panels, set up clinic settings for result notification and preferences, create custom panels for clinics ordering menu, answer billing questions regarding price estimates and payment information, and setting up clinics with our mobile phlebotomy services. We will also possess a keen ability to identify sales trends and opportunities for additional education and training to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the field.
This team will be fully cross-trained in all aspects of Client Services. This enables SSAs to provide quick, accurate answers and decrease anxiety and pressure felt in the field when answers are needed quickly.
Most importantly, this team will prioritize the customer experience above all else, and understand how the company’s success is tied into every interaction with the Field Team. As such, this team will also provide feedback to relevant HQ teams to help improve processes for our field counterparts, patients and providers based on the top case reasons and challenges they handle day-to-day.
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for specimen processing, testing and monitoring test performance. The technician must demonstrate competency, as defined in the department’s training program, prior to performing independent testing. This position will work with department management and quality team members to ensure that laboratory activities are defined, documented and completed to support inspection readiness and that compliance is maintained through procedures, training, documentation and continuous improvement projects.

As the Account Executive – Urology, you will be responsible for increasing the number of Prolaris test orders sent to Myriad in your assigned territory. This is accomplished by focusing on 30-50 urologists, urologic oncologists, and affiliated pathologists practicing in 1-2 metropolitan areas. The successful Account Executive will gain a deep understanding of their assigned physician practices and utilize that understanding to offer new insights to their customers that challenge the current prostate cancer risk assessment paradigm. Specifically, high-performing Account Executives will grow their weekly order volumes by teaching, tailoring, and taking control of customer conversations in community, large group, and academic practice settings. Key competencies include the ability to offer unique perspectives to customers, drive two-way communication with targeted physicians, learn and understand practice value and economic drivers, and influence customers to take action they would not have taken otherwise.
