The Medical Policy Specialist is a critical position to the company, responsible for providing clinical support ensuring the sustainment and growth of Myriad business with key Blue Cross Blue Shield payers. This role reports directly to the Director of Payer Markets and will work cross-functionally to establish and execute payer-specific strategies and tactics. The role has responsibilities to review evidence, data and publications to create and complete clinical submissions. A position is currently available with responsibilities focusing on BCBS payers in the Eastern United States
Location: This is a home-office based position but residence in one of the states covered is preferred. Area covering: Eastern United States.
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for following established protocols to regularly manufacture reagents for use in the production laboratory, as well as assist in implementing upgrades to improve the quality and efficiency of manufacturing protocols and processes. They will also create, edit, and review SOPs, train junior staff, and play a key role in process scaling efforts.

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Job Description
- ISR will undergo continued pharmacogenomic and product sales training
- Develop and maintain relationships with field sales team and management
- Communicate with healthcare providers and their staff about pharmacogenomic testing and the benefits for their patients.
- Responsible for all healthcare provider lead qualification from digital and referral sources to increase opportunity value and conversion of newly registered clinicians.
- Train and onboard non-targeted accounts to first order conversion.
- Develop strategy to drive demand in non-targeted field accounts
- Proactively contact provider offices to educate, address questions and maintain Myriad Neuroscience presence when sales territories are open or Molecular Sales Consultants (MSC) are on leave.
- Source new opportunities through company programs utilizing outbound cold calls and emails

- Administrative Duties
- The Inside Sales Representative will be in the phone approximately 90% of the time and may be expected to travel 1-2 nights/month for field travel or meetings.
BS/BA degree recommended. A minimum of two years sales experience and CRM/lead management preferred.
Lifting Requirements – light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, pushing or pulling and reaching. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
Myriad Women's Health is currently lookign for a Director of Operations, Process Analysis and Improvement. This individual will lead the Call Review, Process Engineering and Education groups while observing budgets for operating expenses, headcount, and training.
The Clinical Scientist Supervisor (CS Sup) in the Boutique Lab is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of their department. The CS Sup is accountable for supervising technical personnel, making sure the operations are performed as documented by trained personnel to ensure accurate reporting, and identifying and implementing process improvements. The CS Sup is also responsible for processing PMS2 unusual case samples and writing patient reports. The CS Sup performs lab processes to generate data for PMS2 unusual cases and critically reviews the data to ensure the correct results are delivered to the patient. The CS Sup supports the clinical diagnostic lab by working directly in the production laboratories to help in troubleshooting process failures, providing technical direction, working on continuous improvement projects, and participating in cross-functional teams to implement new processes into operations in conjunction with other production labs and Technical Development. This position will work with Operations management, Technical Development, and Quality Engineering team members to ensure that appropriate root cause is identified, corrective actions are implemented, and proactive process improvements are identified for process non-conformances. The CS Sup shall be on the laboratory premises during all hours in which tests are performed or be available by telephone or electronic means. All laboratory results are reviewed by the laboratory director or qualified supervisor / technical personnel prior to a patient report being issued.

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for specimen processing, testing and monitoring test performance. The technician must demonstrate competency, as defined in the department’s training program, prior to performing independent testing. This position will work with department management and quality team members to ensure that laboratory activities are defined, documented and completed to support inspection readiness and that compliance is maintained through procedures, training, documentation and continuous improvement projects.
