    Myriad Women’s Health, Inc., the premier genetic screening and personalized medicine testing
    company is looking for a dynamic Director of Consumer Experience and Engagement, to lead the strategy and execution of consumer testing initiatives, overall digital presence and marketing communications. You will manage a team of high performing marketing and tech dev professionals to effectively drive success. You’ll have a healthy mix of strategic and tactical analytic capability and be able to develop high impact marketing programs. You will build strong relationships with key cross functional leaders, teams and stakeholders within Myriad Women’s Health and across the Myriad Genetics, Inc. enterprise.


    • Partner with Women’s Health leadership in key decision making to establish best practice and results throughout the division. Manage a team of high performing marketing and tech dev professionals.  This individual will drive topline performance in addition to managing the budget and resources allocated. 
    • Develop deep insights about our patients and their journey through the testing process for both hereditary risk assessment and prenatal screening. Utilize insights to guide the development of our patient messaging that is consistent with our overall Myriad brand identity and helps educate patients throughout the process.
    • Drive core the patient marketing strategy, tactical plan and results measurement.
    • Leverage patient communication channels that are most relevant to our key segments – this may include traditional and digital media, sales team and other stakeholders that can help educate and empower patients to take an active role in understanding the importance of screening and testing on health and medical decisions.
    • Create, execute and optimize programs that promote education amongst appropriate patients and provides various services to help them get access to screening and testing services.
    • Partner closely with the Women’s Health Clinical Marketing, Product Development, Medical Affairs and Customer Success Teams in the development of new patient education programs and patient experience innovations and improvements that deliver value to patients.
    • Develop digital strategy for the WH Business Unit for both hereditary cancer and prenatal screening. Execute the digital strategy in line with the WH strategic plan and goals. Implement appropriate tools for reporting, tracking and analytics. Define cadence and structure for reporting to the WH BU and various stakeholders.
    • Responsible for owning, maintaining and providing consistency for the MWH brand and portfolio of products.
    • Develop and execute the marketing communications strategy and tactics for the WH Business Unit for hereditary cancer and prenatal product lines.


    • BA/BS in marketing; MBA or MS degrees preferred
    • 7+ years marketing experience in digital marketing
    • Broad understanding of marketing channels for message delivery, including direct and digital marketing, patient, advertising and marketing communications
    • Experience managing commercial vendors, consultants and strategic partners.
    • Demonstrated ability to maximize impact in accordance with department budget.
    • Cross-functional matrix leadership experience. Experience and success in an entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
    • Strong and proven mentoring and management skills are essential.
