    Process Technician - Reporting & Packaging


    Working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the Process Technician in the Reporting and Packaging department is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the assembly, review, and delivery of genetic test results. This is a full-time day shift Monday-Friday.


    Responsibilities may include:

    • Prepare patient records and test results for clinical review.
    • Assemble report packages; initiate electronic and physical delivery.
    • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and process exceptions.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase quality and efficiency.
    • Ensure high levels of accuracy through standard work and attention to detail.




    Minimum education: high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Ideal candidates will be:

    • Detail oriented, analytical, and good with time management.
    • Collaborative, adaptable, and flexible when working with others in a team environment.
    • Strong with written and verbal communication.

    Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
