  • Overview

    Myriad Genetics is looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to be a key contributor within the Sales Operations and Analytics team. The ideal candidate is one who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and would influence operational and strategic goals by which we drive the growth of our business. You will be supporting our business units (Oncology, Preventive Care, Urology, Dermatology, & Lung) by providing technical and analytical analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating and reporting key operational metrics, provide insight and analysis on results and future trends, and maintain proper information for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.

    Responsibilities

    • Product and revenue performance analysis
    • Support Sales teams with different planning and operational asks
    • Lead statistical analysis on product performance to drive insights
    • Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define key performance indicators, and identify trends and opportunities
    • Manage portfolio of sales reports for the various business units and Executives.
    • Develop forecasts and analytical models to determine conversions and ROI

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field
    • Minimum 2+ years of related experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis or a Financial Analyst role
    • Superior analytical skills; high level of attention to detail with strong business acumen
    • Ability to see the big picture and make quick correlations between data sets
    • Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Experience utilizing business intelligence systems (Microstrategies) and CRM applications
    • Ability to partner, collaborate, and influence across a wide spectrum of functions that are part of the business planning process
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
