    We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Leader to join our Urology Business Unit

     

    The position is based in Salt Lake City, UT and extensive travel is required.

     

    Responsibilities

    Partner with the GM, Urology in key decision making to establish best practice and results throughout the division.

    Manage a team of high performing marketing professionals.  This individual will drive topline performance in addition to managing the budget and resources allocated.

    Develop a close working partnership with the other divisions within the Urology business unit as well as other business units and be comfortable working in a matrix environment. Will manage and develop product managers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a strong partnership between the sales force, marketing, product training/education with regular interaction with clinical affairs and the R&D group.       

    Qualifications

    Director level experience in sales and/or marketing is required, with an interest in interacting with executive-level management to determine product/company policy and strategies.  A minimum of five years of field sales/marketing experience with demonstrated success in executing strategic initiatives is also required.

     

    • A Bachelor’s Degree; a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or in a field of medicine is preferred.
    • Strong and proven mentoring and management skills are essential.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal and influence management skills are essential.

     

    Must be able to work with all levels of the organization and bring together key stakeholders. Must work well independently and with cross-functional teams and have well-developed written, verbal, and presentation skills.
