  • Overview

    Myriad Genetics, Inc., a publicly-traded biotechnology company, is seeking a Tax Manager.  The Tax Manager assists with the Company’s international, federal, state and local, and GAAP tax compliance for all entities.  This person will report to the Tax Director in helping to guide financial matters, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, plan for growth, and support company initiatives during an exciting period of expansion and opportunity. 



    • Prepare ASC740 provision files, book/tax entries, and coordinates with the external tax service provider;
    • Prepare support for tax filings and coordinates with the external tax service provider;
    • Research and document tax technical issues
    • Oversee various non-income tax filings, including sales and use tax, property tax, etc.
    • Respond to tax inquiries from federal, state and local jurisdictions;
    • Research and implements tax savings projects;
    • Assist in M&A activities and due diligence


    • At least 3 years of experience;
    • Certified Public Accountant;
    • Proficient knowledge of US tax regulations and ASC 740;
    • Proficient in MS Excel and excellent writing ability
    • Experience in transfer pricing studies, entries, and intercompany entries a plus;
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision;
