  • Overview

    Myriad Genetics is looking for (1) full-time dependable and detail-oriented individual with office clerical experience to fill the position Patient Accounts Billing Clerk. This individual will be responsible for processing electronic payments, resolving database errors and contacting patients for missing demographic information. 

     

    Responsibilities

      • Processing of electronic payments
      • Contacting patients for missing demographic information.
      • Assist manager with excel-based reports
      • Maintain the integrity of electronic records
      • Assist the team with occassional inbound and outbound phone dutues.
       

     

    Qualifications

    • Qualified candidates must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work to meet daily and monthly deadlines. In addition, qualified candidates will have:
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a medical office, call center or collections setting.
    • Able to type 40 words per minute and possesses excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
    • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
