The Customer Service Trainer at Assurex will be responsible for “Best in Class” training for new and existing Customer Service Representatives. Assess department training needs and key competencies for Customer Service Representatives. Creates and implements comprehensive training plan to ensure employees can excel in their role and generate customer satisfaction. Manages all customer service department training programs.
