The Service Agreement Specialist will coordinate all aspects of customer service on a daily basis for Assurex Health accounts according to the Standard Operating Procedures. The Customer Service Representative works in a high performance, customer-focused team environment and is responsible for a number of customer-oriented tasks in a call center environment. The main goal of the customer service representative is to ensure an excellent customer experience.


  1. Perform daily customer registrations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  2. Support daily sales operations functions as necessary.
  3. Interact with Sales staff on registrations and associated updates
  4. Ability to solve problems and deal with variables
  5. Use telephone, computer and fax machine as needed
  6. Perform maintenance as needed
  7. Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPPA guidelines/regulations and operates in accordance with standard operating procedures
  8. Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction internal and external
  9. Contribute to and participate in the implementation and continuous improvement process of the department
  10. Provide adequate reimbursement consultation pre and post sales to our customers
  11. Assist other departments as necessary


  1. Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  2. Proficient in all Microsoft software applications
  3. com experience preferred
  4. Attention to detail and concern for impact is essential
  5. Ability to recognize problems and bring them to the attention of a supervisor
  6. Excellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  8. Ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions, correspondence and contractual requirements
  9. Must have the flexibility to work extra hours/shifts to meet corporate and departmental goals.
  10. Skill in answering a telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner
