The Quality Manager is responsible for managing quality audit, training and other activities in support of Myriad’s Quality Management System (QMS) in order to uphold compliance to regulatory and accreditation requirements as defined in the Quality Manual, MGL QA 3000. Specific job responsibilities are uniquely defined by the individual training plan and assigned duties, but are generally defined as follows:


  1. Develop, oversee, and implement the QMS audit and training components in conjunction with Executive Management, the Management Representative, and Quality Assurance personnel.
  2. Monitor organizational practices to verify continuing compliance with regulatory and accreditation programs.
  3. Oversight of the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of QMS training system programs.
  4. Personnel management of the Quality training team including providing direction to direct reports, annual performance reviews, timesheet approvals, regular check-in meetings, resource management and performance management when required.
  5. Continual improvement of knowledge of relevant quality assurance/quality system topics.
  6. Additional duties as assigned.


  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a life science field.
  2. Related work experience of at least 5 years.
